It Started With a Working HVAC Man

Larry H. Bond had been in the HVAC trade long enough to know what he didn’t like about the way a lot of companies ran things, the upsells, the unreturned phone calls, the crews that didn’t respect the customer’s house. So he started his own company with a simple idea: treat people like family, do the work right, and stand behind it.

For more than twenty years, that’s been the standard. We built the business one customer and one commercial job at a time, residential changeouts and repairs across Robeson, Cumberland, Hoke, and Columbus counties, then a growing commercial division handling changeouts and new construction mechanical work across North Carolina.

A Second Generation Steps In

In March of 2024, Larry J. Bond, the founder’s son, stepped in as President during a season of real adversity for the family. His father’s health challenges meant the next generation had to be ready. Larry J. didn’t start from scratch; he started from the foundation his father built, and he’s spent every day since making sure the company that carries the family name keeps earning it.

Today we’re a tighter, more organized operation than we’ve ever been, but the values haven’t moved. We still answer our own phone. We still show up when we say we will. Our crews are led by people you’ll actually see on the job.

We’re licensed (NC #33359, Heating Group 2 + Group 3 Class I Contractor). Our techs are EPA Section 608 Universal certified. And we’re not going anywhere, eastern North Carolina is home.
