When a Unit Fails, We Replace It
When a rooftop unit fails, when a split system is past its life, when a chiller needs to come out, we replace it. Restaurants, retail, offices, light industrial, multi-tenant buildings. We coordinate around your operating hours so you stay open. We pull permits, we handle the refrigerant recovery per EPA Section 608, and we leave the site clean.
Ground-Up Commercial Builds
On ground-up commercial builds, we work with GCs and designers from the plan stage through commissioning. That includes:
- Mechanical design, load calculations, equipment selection, ductwork layout, controls specification.
- Installation, equipment sets, sheet metal, refrigerant lines, startup and commissioning.
- Service transition, a clean hand-off to your ongoing service provider, or we stay on as yours.
We’ve delivered on projects across eastern and central North Carolina, and our commercial reach extends statewide.
One-Off or Ongoing
One-off service calls. Troubleshooting. Warranty work on equipment we installed, and work on equipment we didn’t. If it blows air, burns gas, or moves refrigerant, we can probably help. Seasonal maintenance agreements are in development, call us if you want to be on the list.
